Find clarity, grounding and the strength to act — without sacrificing what matters.
Somatic coaching and Narrative Breathwork for committed people who live too much in their heads. In Paris and online.
30 min, free

You carry a lot. Your body is starting to say so.
You often hold a role that matters — in an impact organisation, a creative practice, an institution. You think a lot, you carry a lot, and you find it harder and harder to stop.
You may be at a turning point: mental overload, a crisis of meaning, a transition, or simply the feeling that you no longer belong to yourself. What you are looking for: to find your footing again — in your body, not just in your head.
Maybe you recognise yourself here
- I work in an organisation with a social or environmental mission
- I have a creative or committed practice that overwhelms me
- I am neurodivergent and I live my commitments intensely
- I am in transition and no longer know where to land

A space to slow down, feel and reorient
Each session weaves together breath, body awareness, dialogue and concrete integration. The goal is not to add yet another method, but to find steadier ground to move through what you are living.
What this work makes possible
Release the overload
Ease accumulated tension, step out of autopilot and breathe with a little more space.
Regain clarity
Put truer words on what is happening and make less confused decisions.
Reconnect with your body
Learn again to listen to your sensations, your limits and your impulses, rather than carrying everything with your mind.
Build lasting anchors
Leave with simple practices you can weave into daily life, to support you between sessions.
I’m Clément
Somatic coach and Narrative Breathwork facilitator. My work: helping you find your centre again when you carry a lot, think too much, and your body is trying to tell you something you no longer hear.
I don’t explain the path to you. I help you feel it in your body — until it becomes obvious.

What participants say
Feedback from Narrative Breathwork workshop participants. *Names changed.
“A good experience that allowed me to keep working on my fears. The guidance during the session is very well structured and feels safe. You don’t leave the same as when you came in.”
Amélie* — Narrative Breathwork workshop
“A beautiful experience, more intense than I expected (I practise breathwork at home), with excellent guidance.”
Jules* — Narrative Breathwork workshop
“Since Monday I feel calmer, but the most surprising thing is my vital energy, which has multiplied! I sleep less and I’m in great shape, very productive — it’s quite incredible!”
Emilie* — Narrative Breathwork workshop

Frequently asked questions
What is somatic coaching?
Support that brings together what you think, what you feel and what your body does, in the same working space. Not instead of the mind: alongside it.
Is it therapy?
No. Somatic coaching is not therapy: I don’t work with pathologies, complex trauma or psychiatric disorders. If you are going through a crisis, I encourage you to consult a qualified mental health professional.
Where do sessions take place?
In person in Paris, at the Meïsō centres, or online.
Where do I start?
With a free 30-minute discovery call: we take stock of what you are going through and see together whether this work is right for you.
Want to feel whether this work is for you?
The simplest way is to start with a discovery call, or to come and breathe at a workshop.
