Narrative Breathwork
In person at the Meïsō Paris-Olympiades centre. One Monday evening a month, we explore a theme for in-depth work.
€50 · solidarity rate €35 · 12 places per workshop

What we can no longer think through, we can breathe through
There are themes we avoid for a long time: death, grief, anger, the value we give ourselves.
They don’t only live in the head. They live in the diaphragm, in the shoulders, in the throat, in the belly.
One Monday a month, we don’t talk. We breathe. We give the body permission for what the mind has been postponing for years.

What is Narrative Breathwork?
Narrative Breathwork is a practice of circular conscious breathing, inspired by the breathwork approaches of the 1960s–70s (Rebirthing, Holotropic) and by yogic traditions (Pranayama).
It opens an expanded state of consciousness, where the breath becomes a movement of integration and release.
By connecting with a symbolic theme — death, grief, anger, pleasure… — the breath rewrites memories, eases tension and opens a space of inner clarity.

Possible benefits
Every journey is unique, but the most common effects include:
- Deep emotional release
- Relaxation of the nervous system
- A calmer mind and better sleep
- Transformation of old blockages
- Reconnection with the natural movement of the breath
- A sense of peace, clarity and openness
Before the session
- Avoid eating in the 2 hours beforehand (and drinking too much just before)
- Bring a bottle of water and a notebook
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Mats and blankets are provided on site

What participants say
Feedback from workshop participants. *Names changed.
“A good experience that allowed me to keep working on my fears. The guidance during the session is very well structured and feels safe. You don’t leave the same as when you came in.”
Amélie*
“A beautiful experience, more intense than I expected (I practise breathwork at home), with excellent guidance.”
Jules*
“Since Monday I feel calmer, but the most surprising thing is my vital energy, which has multiplied! I sleep less and I’m in great shape, very productive — it’s quite incredible!”
